KLM problems:

Since October 2005, when I started working in the Baltics, I travelled
with KLM 7 times, between Lisbon and Riga, via Amsterdam.

4 times they lost my luggage, once stopping me from going to work,
my suit was in the luggage, as a consultant I am paid per day worked,
still they never compensate me any way, for the inconvenience,
or for wages lost.

I stopped using KLM, but last week the new secretary booked a return
flight with them, I was in a hurry, so I didn’t notice it was KLM.

To Lisbon all went ok, coming back, when we where on the runaway ready
for take-off, the airplane returned, and the captain said there was
some problem with a passenger removed by security before departure,
after a long wait in the airplane, he said they cancelled the flight
because Riga airport closes at 23:00, so we couldn’t make it on time...

BIG LIE, even the scheduled arrival was at 23:30, but there are flights
arriving to Riga much later than that...

I was booked a flight for next day, although there was a KLM direct to Riga,
they sent me on CSA via Prague, the center of the back of the seat had a
metal bar without padding, hurting me…

Of course my luggage didn’t arrive to Riga with me, the same happened
to another 50 passengers…

Hope this information can stop some people from using KLM, and having
similar problems…

I found out why KLM looses our luggage:

They use small Fokker airplanes between Amsterdam and Riga,
if the flight is full there is not enough room for luggage,
they leave what doesn’t fit in, and send it when they have
room in another flight, unbelievable… :O
